About Robert Earl Keen & Band

Robert Earl Keen

“The road goes on forever and the party never ends”

It’s not always easy to sum up a career — let alone a life’s ambition — so succinctly, but those five words from Robert Earl Keen’s calling-card anthem just about do it.

Robert Earl Keen is a veteran songwriter, singer, and entertainer. Since his debut album” No Kinda Dancer” in 1984, he has eighteen music album son his credit. He has presented innovative variations in bluegrass, country, and Americana using his unmatched music expertise.

Troubadour Robert Earl Keen has made many meaningful contributions in both his surrounding Texas communities and in the music industry nationwide. As more projects and opportunities come down the pike, and as Keen continues to tour extensively with his band and in acoustic tours with Lyle Lovett, one thing remains the same: Robert Earl Keen loves what he does.

About Missy Beth & the Morning Afters

Beth Chrisman

Multi-instrumentalist & singer Beth Chrisman has been a mainstay of the roots music scene in Central Texas for over a decade. Best known for her fiddle and harmony work with Brennen Leigh, James Hand, and the Carper Family, she is now stepping to the front leading Missy Beth & the Morning Afters. The band brings bluegrass gems and country classics to the modern age, mixing them in with original tunes written by Chrisman and her peers.

About Marshall Hood

Marshall Hood

If the last name Hood sounds familiar to you – that’s because it probably is. The Hood legacy thus far includes Champ Hood, original member of the many-would-say-genius Uncle Walt’s Band, and long-time guitarist for Lyle Lovett, and Warren Hood, ace fiddler and composer for The Waybacks, The Bodeans, and his own band, Warren Hood and the Goods. Those are big shoes to fill, indeed, but Marshall Hood, the youngest link in the Hood chain, rounds out a family of wildly talented musicians with effortless guitar work and a knack for crafting the most charming of songs – so reminiscent of his Uncle Champ it’s sometimes hard to tell the difference.
