SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY Once a Paramount Season show has gone on sale to the public, your season tickets for that show may be exchanged for any other Paramount Season show currently on sale to the public, based upon availability, and subject to a $15 exchange fee. Tickets exchanged less than 7 days prior to the performance will exchange at 50% of face value. No exchanges allowed 24 hours prior to the show. David Sedaris is considered a special engagement. No exchanges will be allowed for this event. STOMP is considered a special engagement. Tickets to STOMP may only be exchanged for another time/date of STOMP. Exchanges within Play-Time performances will be subject to a reduced exchange fee of $5. All other restrictions apply. When exchanging tickets, no refunds or credit will be issued due to price differences between shows.
Please visit the Box Office window or call 512-472-5470 opt. 2 to discuss seating availability and methods of completing your exchange. Please note there may be a price difference and same seats cannot be guaranteed.
Tickets may be donated back to the theatre at any time except within 24 hours of the show (tax receipt with deductible amount will be mailed). |
