HOW TO REGISTER

New and Returning Students

Fill out the registration form (Word or PDF) and email/fax/mail it to our office.

HOW TO PAY

New Students (Never taken a class with ACC)

Fill out payment information on your registration form, or return the registration form with your check made out to ACC.  If you wish to pay with cash, please call our office to make arrangements- 692-0517.

Returning Students (Have taken a class with us or through ACC)
To pay with cash/check: Mail registration form to us with check attached or call our office to make arrangements if you wish to pay with cash- 692-0517.

To pay by credit card:  When we have received your registration form, we will email you instructions to log-in through ACC’s website and complete payment.  Do not include credit card information on your registration form.

In order to guarantee a spot in a class, you will need to include payment with your registration form.
If you are unable to pay in full before the class begins, please contact us to make payment arrangements.

A $1.00 fee per class will be charged for Accident Insurance while involved in any CE school activities.  Please include that payment with your check, cash or money order if you are not paying by credit card.  If paying with credit card, it will be automatically charged.
