Dress for Success Austin is proud to present the world premiere of In her Shoes, a documentary short film about a woman named Betty who went from having the life of “every girl’s dream” to sitting on the curb of the Salvation Army, to then rebuilding her life and giving back to the homeless community. Betty’s is an inspirational story of triumph, compassion and making a difference in the world.

For the past 9 years, Dress for Success Austin has provided thousands of Austin women—including Betty—with professional attire, career counseling and skill building, lifting their confidence so they can get and keep a job and break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their families.

Join Master of Ceremonies Carla McDonald, CEO of Dynabrand and host of YNN’s Austin's "Arts Minute, in supporting Dress for Success Austin at this benefit event which also features a Red Carpet entrance for VIPs; cocktail reception with raffle prizes and music by Courtney Sanchez; panel discussion with the filmmakers and Austin City Council Member Sheryl Cole; live performance by Sara Hickman; and an after party with champagne and desserts.
