Before Austin embarks on revisions to the land development code, as directed by the approval of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan in June 2012, speakers from four cities have been invited to Austin to tell stories about revising their code. Speakers from Raleigh, Denver, Dallas, and Madison will be at the event to discuss:

• What promoted change in Raleigh, Denver, Dallas, and Madison?
• What opportunities and challenges can Austin anticipate?
• What worked and did not work?
• How are the updated codes working?

Following the panel discussion, there will be a public question and answer session.

Secure covered parking is offered to patrons at the One American Center parking garage, conveniently located one block from the Paramount at 600 Congress.
