Important Information about your ticket reservation – please read the following:
Billing: If you have participated in Paramount presales and we have a credit card on file for you, your tickets will automatically be charged to the credit card associated with your account. If you would like to use a different credit card, please leave a note in the comments section and we will contact you for updated payment information. For security purposes, do not leave your actual credit card number in the box.
If we do not have a credit card on file for you, you will be contacted by a Paramount Ticket Representative for payment information.
Delivery: All tickets will be mailed.
Order Charge: All orders are assessed a $3 charge in addition to the price of tickets and all applicable service charges.
The Process: Following the presale deadline, all orders are sorted by level of membership and time of the order. Seats are assigned in this order according to a best available seating policy. Remaining seats are then made available to the general public to purchase. Your ticket reservation guarantees seating better than what is made available to the general public. Although seating can be subjective, we base our decisions on our experience with different types of shows to determine the best seats for a given performance.
Your seats are guaranteed; do not purchase through the general on-sale even if you have not heard back from us. Our presale process is still ongoing even if tickets have gone on sale to the general public.
It may take up to 2 weeks to hear back from us or receive your tickets. Do not be concerned. We value our donors highly and work hard to ensure that they received the best possible seats.
