It’s the last week of the 2016 Paramount Summer Classic Film Series, and we’re going out in style!
First up, we’re paying tribute to two icons of the silver screen. A double feature of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Some Like It Hot will bring Marilyn Monroe roaring back to the Paramount screen. Then we’ll remember the remarkable (and tragically short) career of James Dean with all three of his unforgettable films: East Of Eden, Rebel Without A Cause, and a very special 60th anniversary screening of Giant.
We also have one last family classic for movie lovers of all ages in our Family Film Festival, where adults enjoy $10 tickets and kids 12 and under enjoy $6 tickets! Don’t miss the one-and-only original King Kong, featuring the still-remarkable stop-motion effects of Willis O’Brien and Max Steiner’s legendary score.
Finally, we close the series out with an annual tradition, the Civil War epic Gone With The Wind, on Sunday, September 4th at 6pm. As always, our Film Fan members are invited to join us one hour before the film for the Closing Night Film Fan Party to enjoy free beer/wine/popcorn and free admission to the film. That gives us a full hour to reminisce about the summer and all our favorite classic movies!
